PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic holder for holding an article with the holder main body by magnetic attraction of a magnet which allows self-alignment of the article and the holder without deteriorating wearability of the holder to clothes or the like or attaching/detaching operability of the article, and which is excellent in the property of holding the article at the holding position. SOLUTION: The magnetic holder is constituted of: an article side magnet 3 wearable to an optional article; and a holding base 5 comprising an optional fitting means fittable, for example, to clothes and a holder side magnet 6 magnetically attachable to the article side magnet 3.
