PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet capable of simply connecting an interconnecting pipe to a joint under a rack in which the faucet is put and furthermore surely ensuring a water-tight state of a connecting part thereof. SOLUTION: A connecting cylinder section 22 inserted in the inner circumference of the end section of the interconnecting pipe 14 is provided to a joint body 19 of the joint 13. A coming-off prevention ring 26 is fitted from the outside to the end section of the interconnecting pipe 14 wherein the connecting cylinder section 22 is inserted, and the coming-off prevention ring 26 is fastened by a clamping nut 27 screwed to a male screw section 21 provided to the joint body 19. A plurality of projected stripes 23 are provided on the circumferential surface of the connecting cylinder section 22. The inner circumferential surface of the end section of the interconnecting pipe 14 is pushed against the outer circumferential surface of the connecting cylinder section 22 so as to become a water-tight state through the coming-off prevention ring 26 by screwing the clamping nut 27 to the male screw section 21 to fasten and, at the same time, the projected stripes 23 of the connecting cylinder section 22 are engaged with the inner circumference side of the end side of interconnecting pipe 14.
