Binding system for front and back ski or skiboard shoe bindings

The mounting for an adjustable ski (1) binding has a plate integrated into the top surface of the ski to carry guide paths for the longitudinally adjustable ski bindings. The ski has recesses defining guide rails at their edges for the bindings which can be adjusted by a rack (6) and pinion system.
