A coupling (1) has two pyrotechnic lines (2, 4) and two parts (8, 10) connected by a weakened section (12) with a gap that causes them to separate on receipt of a pyrotechnic command. The ends (30, 32) of the two lines are enclosed in a protective cover (30a, 32a) e.g. in the form of a metal tube that is able to deform during transmission of the command and break the weakened section. |
