<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a game system which enable a player to vary the probability of shifting to a special game form. <P>SOLUTION: In a slot machine 1A, by having the player install a figure 90 to a figure installation unit 19, figure information stored in the figure 90 is read by an IC chip reader-writer 19c. When the figure information is read by the IC chip reader-writer 19c, a CPU 32 starts counting the number of times of games.
