The device has a container unit (2) with containers to receive allergen. A disposable marking is provided on the skin for assigning certain allergen to an allergy test position on the skin of a testing creature. The marking is formed by a marking unit that is provided partially with a adhesive medium on its side facing the skin during implementation of the test so that the device is removed with the marking unit that remains on the skin.
