FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out longitudinal marginal resection of ingrown toenail, dissect the skin and fatty fiber sickle-shapely with two hook-like incisions. Moreover, incisions come from lateral surface of nail phalanx onto toe's end till their coincidence at a free edge of the toenail. Then it is necessary to form a flap upon a central supplying pedicle and transfer it towards plantar side, then it should be sutured along its perimeter to wound's edges except the side being faced the nail channel.
