FIELD: inspection of loose products' level. ^ SUBSTANCE: loose products level detector has signal generator connected with power supply and sensitive element made for contact with loose product. Besides detector has mechanical resonance free oscillations transducer, transistor, resistors and diode. Sensitive element is made in form of piezoelectric plate belonging to piezoelectric element. Signal generator is made in form of rectangular pulse oscillator which has first output connected with first outputs of piezoelectric element and of first resistor through diode. Second output of rectangular pulse oscillator is connected with first output of second resistor. Resistor has second output connected with second output of first resistor and is connected to base of transistor. Collector of transistor is connected with second output of power supply through third resistor and it is connected to input of mechanical resonance free oscillations detector, which has power output connected with third output of power source. Emitter of transistor is connected with second output of piezoelectric element and is earthed. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of inspection. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
