METHOD FOR DISPERGATING PLANT SEEDS AND DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD

The inventive method for dispergating plant seeds consists in loading an axisymmetrical vertical device with a water-seeds suspension until a recirculation circuit (RC) is filled, said recirculation circuit being provided with a pump and pipe manifold, in dispergating the seeds by pumping the suspension through the closed recyrculation circuit associated with the turbulisation of a flow at the input of said device and in spiralling inside thereof until the predefined consistency and temperature are obtained, degassing and discharging the product. In order to suppress destruction and oxidation of fat and/or proteins, the pumped suspension is spiralled with a radius which gradually reduces from the top downwards, and is sent for recyrculation through a central hole in the bottom of the device. Degassing is initiated prior to the occurrence of an axisymmetrical funnel in the mass of the twisted suspension. The predefined consistence and temperature are obtainable through the total mass of a product, the recirculation being stopped and the recyrculation circuit emptied. The inventive device for carrying out said method is provided with a transparent device whose cross section gradually reduces from the top downwards and with the through hole in the bottom part thereof for connecting flow unit to the input sleeve of the pump.
