The head has an arm (7) carrying a motorized rotary cutting disk (8) that cooperates with a separate cutting blade integrated to the arm. A cutting part (10) of the blade is positioned orthogonal to the cutting of the disk and projects radially to a cutting line. The cutting part is provided on both sides of the cutting line so as to arrange the longitudinal and transversal slits in a file for delimiting a flap of a ventilation window. An independent claim is also included for a machine perforating a cultivating tunnel that is formed by a film strip to form a ventilation window and including a cutting head.
