The device has multiple retention gutters (4) molded or fixed in an earthenware or garden pot (1) and arranged between the inner walls of the pot. Water is sprayed on a periphery of the pot to supply the water to the gutters. The spray water is diffused by capillarity between the gutters and ground. Holes at the bottom of the gutters facilitate the spray water flowing in the lower gutters. The pot has an irrigation hole at its bottom.
