The invention relates to the production and use of three-dimensional structures which are formed by the suitable combination of A) surfactants, cosurfactants, salts and/or block copolymers, B) at least one water-soluble or water-miscible substance which per se or after a corresponding reaction step has semi-conducting or photoactive properties, C) at least one water-insoluble or substantially water-immiscible substance which per se or after a corresponding reaction step has semi-conducting or photoactive properties, D) optionally additional substances, such as e.g. dyes, sensitizers, nanoparticles. The invention also relates to the use of the inventive formulations for producing films and functional components produced on the basis thereof, such as e.g. solar cells. |
