<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generating agent composition capable of restraining mist formation. <P>SOLUTION: This gas generating agent composition contains (a) a fuel, (b) an oxidizing agent, and (c) one selected from salts of double salts of phosphates.
