PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly secure a sufficient positioning accuracy irrelevant to the skill of an operator. SOLUTION: This bed positioning device for positioning a patient's bed 59 is provided with an X-ray emission device 26 emitting X-rays along a beam line (m) from a particle beam irradiation part 4, a radiography device 29 receiving the incoming X-ray and processing an image, a display device 39B displaying the present image of an affected part based on the processed image signal, a display device 39A displaying reference X-ray image prepared for the affected part, and a positioning data generation device 37 executing a pattern matching between a comparison region A including an isocenter out of criteria X-ray images and a comparison region B in the present image or a last comparison region B and generating the positioning data for the patient's bed in irradiation.
