<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transfer apparatus, etc. of a high S/N ratio and high read speed suitable for use in multiple pixels of a photoelectric conversion circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In the signal transfer apparatus comprising a plurality of terminals 112 connected to a plurality of signal sources and a read circuit unit 103 for converting signals inputted from the terminals 112 into series signals and outputting the resulting series signals, the read circuit unit 103 comprises first operational amplifiers E1-E3 connected to each terminal and second operational amplifiers B1-B3 for receiving outputs of the first operational amplifiers, each of the first operational amplifiers comprises an inverting input terminal connected to a corresponding terminal, an outout terminal with an integral capacitor Cf1 and a switch S<SB>RES1</SB>-S<SB>RES3</SB>connected in parallel between it and the inverting input terminal and a non-inverting input terminal supplied with a reference voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
