<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost compressor and a control valve for the same capable of quickly changing to destroke while securing starting performance. <P>SOLUTION: The control valve 100 is provided with a valve element 131 for a bleeding passage opening and closing a bleeding passage 31, a valve element 112 for an intake passage opening and closing an intake passage 32, and an electromagnet generation means 122 applying electromagnetic attraction force on both valve elements 131, 112.
