PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-surface waterproofing construction for a vent device and its attachment capable of employing common members in two types of vent-devices having waterproofing specifications which are different from each other, thus to evade noneffective concurrent stock-in-trade. SOLUTION: The wall-surface waterproofing construction for a vent device comprises a tubular insertion part 2 capable of venting, while being fit in a vent path opened on the wall-surface A for attachment, a back plate 11 attached on the periphery of the end, and a contact seat 12 retracted from the peripheral edge of the back plate 11 to the wall-surface A. The contact seat 12 is provided with an extension member 5 between the wall-surface A and the retracted wall-surface B provided at the retracted position. The extension member 5 is constituted of a fitting part 22 capable of being fit to the contact seat 12, and an extension seat 23 which is bent inward from the rear end of the fitting part 22 and reaches the retracted wall-surface B.
