PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element having both of antistatic effect and multilayer optical effect and having no necessary for grounding treatment.

SOLUTION: The optical element is formed from a multilayer film comprising a transparent base body 2, a multi-structural dielectric film 3 formed on the transparent base body 2 and a transparent conductive film 4 formed 3 on a part of the multi-structural dielectric film 3 and having a prescribed thickness. In such as case, the transparent conductive film 4 is formed on the outermost layer of the multi-structural dielectric film s and is controlled to have 5-20 nm thickness.
