<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform immediate remote control of the use right and ownership of an object in the purchase, rental, illegal use, or the like of the real object. <P>SOLUTION: A sender of a load puts the load in a bag 200, and locks and sends it. When the load arrives, a receiver of the load communicates to the sender. The sender inputs an unlocking command to a sender's terminal 300 when determining that the receiver meets requirements for receiving the load. The sender's terminal 300 transmits an unlocking command to an IC tag 100 provided at the bag 200.
