PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and low cost pump capable of eliminating the need of the machining of resin parts and the mounting of the resin parts with screws by forming an inner magnet, a cover of a non-magnetic material, and seal members integrally with a resin and to provide a fluid supply device having the pump. SOLUTION: The casing 8 of the pump comprises a suction port and a discharge port for a circulation fluid. A pump chamber 11 is formed by the casing 8, a separating plate 9, and an O-ring 10. A shaft 12, a bearing plate 14, and a bearing plate 15 are installed in the pump chamber 11. A rotor 23 having an impeller 15, a bearing 16, the magnet 17, the cover 18, the seal member 19, the seal member 20, the resin part a21, and the resin part b22 are rotatably disposed on the shaft 12 so that the magnet 17 can be protected from the circulation fluid 2.
