PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master batch, especially a natural rubber master batch in which the dispersibility of two or more fillers is improved without using a surfactant when producing the master batch containing the inorganic fillers such as carbon black and silica, and which has improved processability of rubber, reinforcing properties and low heat build-up; to provide a method for producing the master batch; and to provide a rubber composition and tire using the master batch. SOLUTION: The method for producing the master batch containing the two or more fillers comprises (A) preparing a slurry solution by dispersing (a) the carbon black and (b) the silica or at least one kind of inorganic fillers represented by general formula (I): nM<SB>1</SB>-xSiO<SB>y</SB>-zH<SB>2</SB>O in water in the absence of the surfactant by using a high shear mixer, and (B) mixing the slurry solution with a latex, and solidifying the resultant mixture.
