PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polyester resin composition whose hydrolysis rate in a humid environment is remarkably improved. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises, based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyester resin composition (A), 0.01-15 pts.wt. of at least one type of hydrolysis inhibitor (B) selected from a carbodiimides compound, an isocyanate compound, and an oxazoline compound, and 0.01-3 pts.wt. of the hydrolysis inhibitor (C) selected from magnesium oxide and calcium oxide; aluminum hydroxide; magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide; magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate; and hydrotalcite.
