<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seawater agitation device which does not require power energy, such as electric power, has a simple structure, is easy in maintenance, and can promote economical vertical agitation. <P>SOLUTION: The seawater agitation device comprises a float 1 which moves vertically so as to follow the wave motion W of a seawater surface, a seawater agitation tool 10 which is connected to the float 1 through a wire 4, and raised and sank by the vertical motion of the float 1 to agitate seawater, and a mooring means 12 which restricts the floating area of the float 1. The seawater agitation tool 10 comprises a rod 3 and an agitation member 2 having seawater circulation holes 11.
