PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a structure wherein a circuit board, an antenna rear side cover part, and a band pass filter are sequentially laminated on a transmission reception circuit equipped section of an antenna base section that increases the thickness of the whole and that it is required to provide a coupling waveguide hole for signal transmission to each part resulting in that a loss and leakage of a transmitted signal are increased, the isolation is degraded, and the processing man-hours and the processing cost are also increased for the purpose of solving the problems. SOLUTION: A plurality of filter elements of a band pass filter are respectively formed to a transmission reception circuit equipped section 130 of an antenna base section 100 disclosed herein in a way that their opening parts are opened to a bottom side in the transmission reception circuit equipped section 130. Waveguide holes 120 leading to a radio wave transmission reception wave front are opened to one-sides of a plurality of the filter elements, and signal input output terminals 310 are arranged to the other sides. The openings of the filter elements other than those to which the signal input output terminals 310 are arranged among the plurality of the filter elements are directly covered by an antenna backside cover 200.
