A paper industry sludge dehydrated to a water content of 85-60% is packed in a closable fermentation vessel which can be supplied with air from the bottom side and has a given heat-insulating structure. The sludge is aerobically fermented while supplying a large quantity of air from the bottom side of the vessel and simultaneously conducting forced evacuation from the top side of the vessel. A paper industry sludge which has been dehydrated/dried to a water content of about 10% is added in a suitable amount to an organic waste, such as a dehydrated organic-sludge cake, dung, or kitchen refuse, and mixed therewith by stirring. The resultant mixture is packed in a closable fermentation vessel which can be supplied with air from the bottom side and has a given heat-insulating structure, and is then aerobically fermented while supplying a large quantity of air from the bottom side of the vessel and simultaneously conducting forced evacuation from the top side of the vessel.
|
