PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input control system capable of controlling an arbitrary device to be controlled that a user desires among many devices to be controlled by using various objects as input devices. SOLUTION: The input control system is equipped with an input device, a photographing device, and a controller, which receives information on an operation kind given to the input device from the input device or a photographed image of the input device from the photographing device photographing the input device to recognize the operation kind of the input device based upon change of the photographed image from reference time. Then control information recorded in a control information storage means while being associated with the received information on the operation kind is read out and the control information is transmitted to the device 4 to be controlled which is indicated with input identification information of the device 4 to be controlled.
