PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measuring device capable of reducing cost, and its deterioration determination method. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a capacitor 13, a multiplexer 12 including voltage sample switches 12a-12f to the number of (N+1) for connecting selectively to the capacitor 13 voltage detection terminals to the number of (N+1) connected to voltage sources 11a-11e to the number of N connected in series, a voltage measuring means 16, a sample voltage measuring switch 14, and diodes 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b. After selecting a desired voltage source by the multiplexer 12 in the state where the sample voltage measuring switch 14 is opened, an operation for opening the multiplexer 12 and closing the sample voltage measuring switch 14 is repeated, to thereby measure each voltage of the voltage sources 11a-11e.
