PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner capable of easily inactivating allergen contained in the collected dust. SOLUTION: The cleaner 25 is provided with a suction nozzle 1 formed with a suction port for sucking dust and air, a filtering means filtering the dust sucked from the suction port and an exhaust port 21 exhausting the air passing through the filtering means; and is provided with three layers of filters with different coarseness as the filtering means. A dust collecting filter 6 having urea and enzyme inactivating the allergen is used for the finest filter or a filter coming into contact therewith, so that the allergen contained in the dust sucked form the suction nozzle 1 is collected and brought into contact with the enzyme and the urea of the dust collecting filter 6 to be inactivated.
