A cooked, edible dough product (I) in the form of workable sheets containing 15-95 wt% flour, 5-85 wt% liquid, 3-70 wt% binder and 5-95 wt% vegetables, fruit and/or mushrooms. Independent claims are included for (1) ready-to-eat food comprising (a) a dough product and (b) a meat and/or fish component, in which (a) is a workable sheet with a height of not more than 2 cm comprising a base dough with at least 5% chopped vegetables, fruit and/or mushrooms stirred into it and (b) comprises a cooked, workable sheet not more than 2 cm thick containing chopped meat and/or fish (2) a set comprising (I) and a meat/fish component (b) as above for making ready-to-eat food (3) a method for the production of food as above by spreading component (b) on (I) and rolling up the combination.
