PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle cover and frame cover which can be used by changing colors, patterns and shapes of portions visible from the outer side of the frame cover according to a user's feeling, which prevent the user from getting bored with the spectacles, and which make the spectacles be used dandily and happily even if a plurality of costly spectacles are not prepared. SOLUTION: The spectacles frame is constituted by a spectacles frame body and the frame cover, which is rotatably attached to a temple portion of the spectacles frame body, is cylindrical, and and has at least two or more colors, patterns, and shapes formed so as to be varied by rotation in the outer circumferential part.
