<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract managing device capable of preventing duplicate payment of unnecessary benefit or insurance benefit even when a plurality of charge reasons are included in charging the benefit or insurance benefit. <P>SOLUTION: The contract managing device has a correlation determining section 14 that checks the correlation among a plurality of events and deletes the event where the benefit or insurance benefit cannot be charged when there are the plurality of events specified by a charge reason specifying section 13.
