PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising device which uses an air-expanded balloon and which prevents intake of dust etc., into the balloon and clogging of the filter due to outdoor use, and does not cause disorder and halt of rotation of the balloon in spite of receiving side wind. SOLUTION: A base part rotatably supporting an aperture of the balloon 2 is composed of a stationary part and a rotating part. The inner side of the rotating part is enclosed by the stationary part and a space L enclosed by the rotating part is provided with a blower 15 and an intake port thereof.
