<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lowered bactericidal action of an electrolyzed strong acid water with time, an unpleasant sensation of a tongue resulting from low pH and foul smell. <P>SOLUTION: Water is electrolytically neutralized by mixing the electrolyzed strong acid water and an electrolyzed strong alkaline water. This electrolytically neutralized water shows no decrease in ion concentration of a hypochlorous acid even if diluted with water or salt water, and has bactericidal action even if dituted about 30-times. Utilization of this electrolytically neutralized water for sterilization and pasteurization of farm and marine products ensures secure and safe foods. Furthermore, even an electrolyzation apparatus with low productivity can utilize the water neutralized by mixing the strong acid water and the strong alkaline water, improving investment effects. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
