<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission line applicable sufficiently even to a use where even a slight loss is not allowable, e. g. the input stage of a receiver or a resonator requiring sharp resonance, by reducing transmission loss due to the resistance of a conductor, and to provide an electronic component employing it, and its manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: An earth conductor 3 is provided on a dielectric substrate 1. A signal line 2 consisting of conductor films 21-23 is provided on the dielectric substrate 1.
