PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy mounting of a thrust member for positioning and fixing first and second valve seat members and a ball valve to predetermined positions by pushing the second valve seat member to the side of the first valve seat member. SOLUTION: A mounting groove 1j is formed in the inner peripheral face of a valve storage chamber 1d as part of a gas passage 1a. The thrust member 5 is formed to be elastically enlarged/shrunk. The thrust member 5 is diameter-enlarged after inserted from the opening of a tapered female screw portion 1e into the valve storage chamber 1d in the diameter-shrunk condition, and its outer periphery is inserted into the mounting groove 1j.
