PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device capable of being easily arranged even in a narrow space. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas passages 2, 4 leading exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine 1 to a downstream side are provided in a line and an exhaust gas heat recovery equipment 18 exchanging heat between exhaust gas and heat exchange medium and recovering exhaust gas heat is arranged between the exhaust gas passages 2, 4. The exhaust gas passages 2, 4 arranged in a line is provided with two sub-mufflers 12, 14 and the exhaust gas heat recovery equipment 18 is arranged between the two sub-mufflers 12, 14. The two exhaust passages 2, 4 are provided with a collecting pipe 10 collecting exhaust gas from the two exhaust gas passages 2, 4. The two sub-mufflers 12, 14 are connected to the collecting pipe 10 to branch exhaust gas and the exhaust gas heat recovery equipment 18 is connected to the collecting pipe 10 between connection parts with the two sub-mufflers 12, 14 to branch exhaust gas to the exhaust gas heat recovery equipment 18.
