PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing method for a honeycomb sandwich panel which can improve durability and reliability by effectively preventing the peeling of an adhesion interface by moisture by preventing the intrusion of moisture from a rim material. SOLUTION: In the waterproofing method, on the surface and back of the rim material 2 formed from a honeycomb core 1 formed from a light metal material such as aluminum and a light metal material such as aluminum arranged on the periphery of the honeycomb core 1, an upper surface plate 4 and a lower surface plate 5 are laminated through an epoxy resin adhesive 3 to mold the honeycomb sandwich panel integrally. In a corner part S on the outside of the rim material 2, a sealing channel 6 for packing a sealing material Q after the lamination is formed.
