PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration aggregate manufacturing apparatus capable of effectively and efficiently regenerating a high quality aggregate as a small size apparatus, as a result, capable of outstandingly reducing an installation area of the apparatus and finally realizing outstanding reduction of a treatment cost. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a crushing roller 38 for crushing concrete raw masses 37 on an inner wall at an adjustment pressure is provided in a high speed rotation drum 31 in which the thrown concrete raw masses 37 are closely adhered to the inner wall by centrifugal force and the concrete raw masses 37 are rubbed and crumpled between the high speed rotation drum 31 and the crushing roller 38.
