A work-holding fixture has a ring-shaped insulating part (18) and an insert (20) arranged in a central recess (26) of the insulating part for releasable location of a nozzle element (38). The insert comprises a material which has a thermal expansion coefficient different to that of the material used for the insulating part, and the outer peripheral zone of the insulating part has a temperature-resistant ring (30) of high-tensile material in the peripheral direction. An independent claim is included for a laser processing head with a housing.
