<p>It is intended to provide a method of relieving or avoiding a steroid-induced increase in ocular tension which is caused by the administration of a steroid compound. Namely, a steroid-induced increase in ocular tension can be relieved or avoided by enclosing a steroid compound in fine particles.</p>
