PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably apply ink containing a conductive nano metal powder to the front surface of a silicone blanket in a simple process and to form easily an electrode pattern excellent in conductivity and highly precisely. SOLUTION: The conductive nano metal powder of average particle size of 0.1-100 nm is distributed on the front surface of the blanket employing a smooth silicone rubber as the surface layer wherein a hydrophilizing treatment is performed to the front surface, a colloidal ink whose viscosity is adjusted to be 5-50 cps is applied, and the ink of an unnecessary part is removed from the blanket by pushing the intaglio printing 4 or the letterpress for a predetermined pattern to this application side. After an ink pattern residual on the surface of the blanket is transferred to an element to be printed, the element to be printed is heated at a low temperature, and the transfer ink pattern is cured and fixed on the element to be printed.
