<p num="1"><br/><br/><br/>The invention relates to a supporting framework comprising connection nodes <br/>(10) and struts (11). According to the invention, a connection node (10) <br/>comprises at least two strut receiving elements (12), each strut receiving <br/>element (12) being centrally arranged on an imaginary cube face (13) of the <br/>connection node (10). Arms (14, 14'') extend from the strut receiving elements <br/>(12), parallel to the edges (15) of the imaginary cube face (13), up to an <br/>edge (15) of the imaginary cube face (13) extending perpendicularly to the <br/>arms (14, 14''). The arms (14) of a strut receiving element (12) meet arms <br/>(14'') of an adjacent strut receiving element which are arranged orthogonally <br/>to the first arms, and form at least one loop (16). A connection element (17) <br/>can be hooked in the loop (16) in order to form a diagonal connection.
