<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery method, its system, device, and program, for efficiently delivering notice information by comprehending the situations on the notice information receiving side. <P>SOLUTION: Arrival/departure information, such as employee names and arrival/departure time, is obtained through an arrival/departure check procedure performed by employees at arriving/departing time by using a network time recorder wherein arrival/departure time of respective employees is managed in a lump by an arrival/departure management device via a communication network. Then, arrival/departure time in the arrival/departure information is compared with prearranged work time.
