FIELD: electronic engineering; organization of power-generating channels. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves bringing of water moderated water cooled research reactor to rated heat power with water circulating in loop-channel heat dump system, introduction of heat-conducting gas into regulation cavity of loop channel heat dump system including measurement of its pressure, channel jacket temperature measurement and evaluation of its characteristics, water temperature and pressure measurement at inlet and outlet of channel heat dump system, and statement of fact of water ingress in regulation cavity when recording gas pressure variations within this cavity to measured water pressure values simultaneously with temperature rise minimum at one point of jacket by DeltaT value, whereupon test is ceased. ^ EFFECT: enhanced safety of test procedures. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
