FIELD: testing of engine. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises loading device and control lever. The loading device is made of a spring mechanism provided with rod and piston and main and additional loading springs mounted on the rod from one side of the piston and return spring mounted from the other side. The control lever is rigidly connected with the rod, and piston is provided with groove that receives the locking spring-loaded plank which can move, cooperate with the rod, and be controlled by the electric magnet. The lever is connected with a computer through the position pickup.
