PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating plate for an induction heating device, which is hardly deformed and broken by radiant heat from a material to be heated which is inductively heated.

SOLUTION: In the heat insulating plate for the induction heating device, which is arranged on the inside of an induction heating coil installed between table rollers for conveying a sheet bar on an inlet-side conveying line of a hot finishing mill and with which the radiant heat from the material to be heated which is conveyed in the induction heating coil is intercepted, the heat insulating plate has high heat-conductivity monolithic refractories and a plurality of cooling pipes which are included in the heat-conductivity monolithic refractories and in which tubular shafts are arranged straightly in parallel along the conveying direction of the material to be heated.
