PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone charging system which can effectively utilize wave resource emitted from a portable telephone easily, a cellular phone, and a charging method. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a cellular phone 1, a Schottky diode 2 which receives electromagnetic waves emitted from the cellular phone 1 and converts them into currents and also rectify the currents, and a first charging means (for example, nickel hydrogen battery 3) which is electrically connected with a Schottky diode 2 and accumulates electricity, based on the current obtained by the Schottky diode 2.
