PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device provided with a glass plate exercising effective action in response to each heating function, on a see-through window. SOLUTION: A metallic plate (see-through window) 18 mounted on an opening/closing means 17 of a heating chamber 10 and having a small hole is provided with the glass plate 19 manufactured by stacking an oxide film 20 of indium and tin, and a fluorine-doped tin oxide film 21. Thus the action of a transparent conductive film and heat-resisting property under high temperature can be secured, uniform heating can be promoted by allowing the glass plate 19 to act as a heat radiating body, and a heated object can be heated with high reliability while saving energy.
