PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roofed outdoor parking lot capable of solving any problems or dangers which may occur when cars are moved or car drivers and riders are walking through an outdoor parking lot during rainfall or hot weather. SOLUTION: A roofed parking lot is arranged in adjacent to a building 10. This roofed parking lot has a parking structure 1 in which a plurality of parking spaces 3 for parking cars in a direction perpendicular the pathways 2 are arranged along pathways 2 in one side or both sides of the pathways 2 through which persons pass and the upper side of the pathways 2 and the parking spaces 3 is covered with the roof; and a part of the pathways 2 is connected together by the pathways 12 and 13 with the roof so as to be in communication with the entrance 11 of the building 10.
