The clamp (10), for the insertion of water plants in an aquarium, has a longitudinal body (12) with guide eyelets (14) for a sliding rod (16) from one end (E1) to the other end (E2). A static (18) and a moving (20) clamping pad are at the second end of the body. The sliding rod acts on the moving clamping pad against the static pad to open and close the clamp. The assembly is of plastics materials.
